Quote Only

This section of the dashboard contains all jobs that have a job type of 'Quote Only' in the system, except for archived jobs and deleted jobs. These can be found in the Archived Jobs and Deleted Jobs sections respectively.

Jobs that have a type of 'Quote Only' do not have any booking dates associated with them and cannot be viewed on the calendar.

Jobs are grouped by their quote status as follows:

• Quotes Needing Done: Job has not been marked as 'Quote Sent to Client'.
• Quotes Done: Job has been marked as 'Quote Sent to Client'.

This section allows you to search through the listed jobs using a search term. This will perform a case-insensitive search of the jobs by:

• Location
• Client name of entity to bill (either principle or client)
• PO number
• Your Reference #
• ID number
