View User[edit]

Recommended for depot TVs.

  • cannot record time or equipment
  • can view all jobs
  • cannot add/edit/delete/archive jobs
  • cannot see/change Settings or Resources
  • cannot see Dashboard
  • cannot see Office portal of the Tracking System

Basic User[edit]

Recommended for Field Staff.

  • can record time and equipment
  • can only view jobs they're allocated to
  • cannot add/edit/delete/archive jobs
  • cannot see/change Settings or Resources
  • cannot see Dashboard
  • cannot see Office portal of the Tracking System

Basic User Plus[edit]

Recommended for Field Staff.

  • same as Basic User, but can see all jobs

TMP Designer[edit]

  • can record time and equipment
  • can view, add and edit jobs
  • can see Dashboard
  • can see Office portal of the Tracking System but cannot access Invoices or see financial information (e.g. cost/charge prices)
  • cannot see/change Settings or Resources
  • cannot delete/archive jobs

Operations User[edit]

  • can record time and equipment
  • can view, add, edit jobs
  • cannot archive or delete jobs
  • can see Dashboard
  • can see Office portal of the Tracking System but cannot access Invoices or see financial information (e.g. cost/charge prices)
  • can see and update Settings and Resources (including Users and Clients)
  • can Disable users
  • cannot delete users or clients

Invoicing[edit]

  • can record time and equipment
  • can view and edit jobs
  • can see Dashboard
  • can see Office portal of the Tracking System including Invoices and financial information (e.g. cost/charge prices)
  • can see and update Settings and Resources (including Users and Clients)
  • can add and edit Clients
  • cannot add or edit Users
  • cannot disable or delete users or clients
  • cannot delete/archive jobs

Super Admin[edit]

  • can do anything/everything

Pricing based on User Access Level[edit]

  • NZD$1+GST per day per user for users with access levels View User, Basic User and Basic User Plus (field workers)
  • NZD$2+GST per day per user for users with access levels TMP Designer, Operations User, Invoicing and Super Admin (office workers)

So as an example, for 10 field workers and 3 office workers for a 30 day month the cost would be:
(10 users x $1 x 30 days) + (3 users x $2 x 30 days)
= 300 + 180 = $480.00 (excluding GST)

Users are billed for the days they are "active" (not disabled and not deleted).

So as an example, if a depot had 10 field workers and 3 office workers for a 30 day month, and an extra 2 field workers were added on on day 25, and an extra 1 office worker was added on day 10 and the cost would be:
(10 users x $1 x 30 days) + (3 users x $2 x 30 days) + (2 users x $1 x 5 days) + (1 user x $2 x 20 days)
= 300 + 180 + 10 + 40 = $530.00 (excluding GST)

As another example, if a depot had 10 field workers and 3 office workers for a 30 day month, and 2 field workers were deleted on day 26 and 1 office worker was deleted on day 8, the cost would be:
(8 users x $1 x 30 days) + (2 users x $2 x 30 days) + (2 users x $1 x 26 days) + (1 user x $2 x 8 days)
= 240 + 120 + 52 + 16 = $428.00 (excluding GST)
